Sonia is the student placement management system for managing key documents associated with placement units.
It is the students responsibility to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time. Read and follow all instructions and steps carefully to avoid unnecessary delays later.
Log in above: Click on 'University Sign In'
Username: your ACAP student email, e.g. 123456@my.acap.edu.au
Password: same password used for the Student Portal
NOTE: If you are unable to sign in via 'University Sign In', use the 'User name' and 'Password' boxes above, and enter:
User name: Your student number, e.g. 123456
Password: Same as the Student Portal (unless otherwise specified by the WIL Team)
Once logged in, click on the 'Placements' tab then the red 'Details' button.

Upload checks and Fitness for Practice Declaration into the 'Checks' tab.
