ACAP COUNSELLING



STUDENTS

Log in above:

Select the role "Student"

Click on 'University Sign In'

Do not use the Username and Password boxes appearing next to 'University Sign In' unless instructed to do so by ACAP.

Enter the following into the Microsoft pop up:

User name: 
Your ACAP student email, e.g. 123456@my.acap.edu.au
 
Password:  Same as the Student Portal


NOTE:
If you are unable to sign in via 'University Sign In', and you are instructed to do so by ACAP, use the 'User name' and 'Password' boxes above, and enter:


User name: Your student number, e.g. 123456
Password: Same as the Student Portal (unless otherwise specified by the WIL Team)


You will not be able to enrol into your Placement & Supervision unit until you have secured a placement and it has been approved and processed by the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Team.

Note to all students: Please ensure you regularly check your ACAP email account, as the WIL Team will only communicate with you via this email (see user guide below).

AGENCY SUPERVISORS

Log in above:

Select the role "Agency"

User name: your email address

Password:  your temporary password was provided via email. You must change your password after logging in via the 'Account Settings' icon on the top right hand corner next to your name. If you did not receive a password or have forgotten your password, please email AdminCounsellingWIL@acap.edu.au with a request for a Sonia password.


Once logged in, click on the 'Students' tab to view details of your students such as email address, phone number etc. and to access their Timesheets.

Click on the ‘Forms’ tab for all placement forms for each of your students. These are the 2 main tabs for Agency Supervisors.
