STUDENTS

Log in above:

Select the role "Student"

User name: Student number

Password:  Same as the Student Portal email

Pre-placement students: Once logged in, click on the 'Placement Instructions' tab then the red 'Details' button to access placement information. Read through all information provided and carry out the pre-placement steps.

On-placement students: Once logged in, click on the 'Placement Instructions' tab then the red 'Details' button to access information on your placement requirements, and your on-placement forms and timesheets.

You will not be able to enrol into your Placement & Supervision unit until you have secured a placement and it has been approved and processed by the Placement Team.

Note to all students: Please ensure you regularly check your ACAP email account, as the Placement Team will only communicate with you via this email (see user guide below).

AGENCY SUPERVISORS

Log in above:

Select the role "Agency"

User name: your email address

Password:  your temporary password was provided via email. You must change your password after logging in via the 'Account Settings' icon on the top right hand corner next to your name. If you did not receive a password or have forgotten your password, please email studentplacement@acap.edu.au with a request for a Sonia password.


Once logged in, click on the 'Students' tab to view details of your students such as email address, phone number etc. and to access their Timesheets.

Click on the ‘Forms’ tab for all placement forms for each of your students. These are the 2 main tabs for Agency Supervisors.
